Flecks Cast Non-Porous Safety Surfacing System

FlecksCast™ is a high-performance, non-porous broadcast safety surfacing system engineered for long-lasting durability, slip resistance, and design flexibility. The system can be applied over new or existing cracked concrete, asphalt, wood, and fiberglass substrates, making it ideal for renovations and new construction projects.

Durable, UV-Resistant Surfacing for Interior and Exterior Applications

FlecksCast™ uses a proprietary granulated thermoplastic rubber (TPR) that is broadcast into a two-part urethane basecoat. After an overnight cure, the surface is sealed with Flecks® Topcoat, creating a seamless, non-slip surface that resists fading, chalking, and environmental wear.

Installed by AquaSeal, FlecksCast™ delivers reliable performance in wet and dry environments. The non-porous system offers enhanced slip resistance, durability, and ease of maintenance, making it ideal for pool decks, locker rooms, shower stalls, and walkways. Curated color options ensure a clean, cohesive finish suitable for commercial and recreational spaces.

To ensure optimal performance, consistency, and long-term appearance, FlecksCast™ is offered exclusively in two color blends:

• Water Blend – A cool, aquatic-inspired palette ideal for splash pads, pool decks, and water-centric environments
• Sahara Blend – A warm, neutral palette well-suited for patios, walkways, and architectural landscapes

These curated blends provide a clean, cohesive aesthetic while maintaining the performance standards expected from AquaSeal surfacing systems.
